As Social Innovation and Sustainability Manager, Sue works collaboratively across the Equifax UK business to lead our Environmental and Social Governance strategy, driving positive social change and more sustainable business practices.
With a background in marketing, partnerships, and corporate responsibility, she holds a degree in Business Management and Media from the University of Wales and is a Chartered Marketeer.
Sue has a range of experience in careers and financial inclusion programming, working with partner organisations to help individuals enhance their employability and gain financial literacy skills, and leading employee engagement programmes with a passion for wellbeing and inclusion. She is also a #YesSheCan ambassador to encourage more young women to break into traditionally male-dominated industries.
Sue has previously been a trustee for a young person’s mental health charity and has more than a decade of professional skill volunteering experience including Enterprise Adviser to the Careers and Enterprise Company, personal mentoring with several educational charities and pro-bono marketing consultation to a range of charities and CIC’s
